Our Story
RisePoint Educational Foundation began in a small village, with one simple goal: to make sure no child loses their dreams because of lack of guidance or access to education. Our founder, Rajpal Godara, was the first person in his village to attend school. When he went to university, he realized that thousands of talented students were being left behind—not because of talent, but because they lacked mentorship, guidance, and access to resources.
He started by teaching English to one student, and that small effort gradually grew into a movement. Today, RisePoint reaches over 80,000 students across India, operates 400 learning centers in 13 states, and provides technology, mentorship, and international exposure.

Meet Rajpal Godara
Iwas born in a small farming village in Bikaner, Rajasthan. In my community, most children never see higher education. Not because they lack talent, but because they lack guidance, exposure, and opportunity.
My own life changed because one person believed in me—my school teacher, Sharwan Ji Johara. He showed me that education could be a way out, even for someone from a village with no resources. With his guidance, I earned admission to the English and Foreign Languages University in Hyderabad, where I studied Japanese.
Later, I worked as a consultant with JSW Steel and JFE Steel, and then as a Senior Operations Associate at Amazon in Bangalore. Along the way, I cleared JLPT N2 and scored 740 on the GMAT. But something kept pulling me back to where I started.
I saw thousands of students in villages like mine losing their dreams—not because they were weak, but because no one was guiding them. That is when I started RisePoint.
It began with teaching English to one student at my university. I trained a few volunteers. We worked with a few schools. Step by step, that small effort grew.
Today, RisePoint supports 80,000+ students across 13 states and 20 languages, providing mentorship, digital learning, books, career guidance, and access to global opportunities.
My vision is simple:
Talent exists everywhere. Opportunity does not.
Through RisePoint and technology, I want to bring mentorship and quality education to every corner of India.

To create a student-led education movement, empowering learners to reach top universities, build skills in languages and technology, and achieve their dreams. We aim to provide free education and training to over 500 students every year.

Our mission is to provide every child with access to quality education, skill-based programs, and global exposure. We believe talent is everywhere, but opportunity is not.
RisePoint closes this gap using technology, mentorship, and community-driven learning. Through our programs, students access computers, internet, books, and digital tools. They learn coding (Python), digital skills, foreign languages, and gain practical applications of technology.
We provide 700 students yearly with mentorship, including 300 girls, supporting them in university admissions, scholarships, career guidance, and resume/interview preparation.

RisePoint is guided by educators, industry professionals, and volunteers from Amazon, Google, Microsoft, Ola, and the public sector. Our leadership ensures programs are scalable, sustainable, and inclusive.
