Our Story
Journey
The Founder's Journey
I was born in a small farming village in Bikaner, Rajasthan. In my community, most children never see higher education. Not because they lack talent, but because they lack guidance, exposure, and opportunity.
My life changed because one person believed in me—my school teacher, Sharwan Ji Johara. He showed me that education could be a way out. With his guidance, I earned admission to the English and Foreign Languages University in Hyderabad. I worked as a consultant with JSW Steel and JFE Steel, then as a Senior Operations Associate at Amazon in Bangalore.
I cleared JLPT N2 and scored 740 on the GMAT. But something kept pulling me back. I saw thousands of students in villages like mine losing their dreams. That is when I started RISEPOINT.
It began with teaching English to one student. Today, RisePoint supports 80,000+ students across 13 states and 20 languages.

We connect children with mentors, provide access to books, computers, and smart boards, and organize workshops and student-led clubs.
